These Terms of Service govern your use of DomeSOC. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
DomeSOC is an AI-powered autonomous security operations platform that ingests security events, analyzes them using artificial intelligence, and optionally executes automated response actions based on your configuration.
WARNING: DomeSOC can execute automated actions on your infrastructure including blocking IPs, isolating hosts, and disabling accounts. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for all automated actions taken by the Service.
By enabling Autonomous or Full Autonomous Mode you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@domesoc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use DomeSOC to monitor systems you do not own, conduct offensive operations, violate laws, reverse engineer our AI models, or resell access without written permission.
You retain ownership of all security event data. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Separate SLA terms apply for Full Autonomous customers with an active SLA agreement.
Free trials are provided as-is. At trial end you must subscribe to continue. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMESOC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may terminate at any time by contacting hello@domesoc.com. Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination.
